The hotel was close to train which had several trips a day to both Firenze and Arezzo. It was also close to the Piazza and main shopping street.The studio room was a very large and the bed was partially blocked from Kitchen and dining table by cupboard petition.

The main difficulty we had was that the reception staff were not there often and for very long when they were there. When we arrived on th eSaturday afternoon we had to make few phone call and eventually some-one came to check us in. This is always difficult when your language skills of their language is limited. The kitchen would be improved greatly if it also had a oven or microwave.

Facilities were perfect for our one night stop - private parking, kitchenette and plenty of space for two children. Didn't use the train but it would be so easy with it next door to train to Siena or Florence and not have to take the car. We didn't hear the train at all!

The Aircon was a little uneven - downstairs warm, upstairs cold. It did however make some difference to downstairs.

It was central and therefore easy to get to. It was clean and modern - very good value for money.

The bed in room 20 was uncomfortable (very hard) although other guests thought their beds were fine. Difficult to get much sleep because of the noise coming from the streets outside and the curtains are so thin that all the light came streaming through.

The hotel has a great location just in city centre. The city of San Giovanni in Valdarno has not plenty of things to see but it's very close to Florence (30min by car) so great for people who's travelling around Tuscany and need to stay one night close to the capital. The room was very big and clean and so the barthroom. Parking is quiet close and free. would recommend it without any doubt!

The rooms were big with plenty of room for the family (2 adults - 2 children). Parking was easy and with a 5 min walk we were in the old town. Excellent all round. Could do with a cafe or restaurant - but that didn't spoil our visit. Would go again.
